2021 Black Cooperative Solidarity Conference
Sept 29th-Oct 3rd
Repaired Nations is excited to announce our 3rd Annual Conference: Locally Grounded, Pan African Rooted. We are a pan-African network of support and resources that is working to catalyze the growth of cooperative ventures for a thriving future. We are building an online space for Black cooperatives and Africa based businesses as a hub where we get acquainted with all the incredible work being done and discuss how we can build resilience and sustainability.
This conference will be held Wednesday, September 29th thru Sunday, October 3rd 2021. Given the COVID-19 realities, we have pivoted to holding the conference in a virtual space. We will be holding the following four online webinars where we highlight the work, successes, and struggles of Black cooperatives, collectives and repatriation projects. We will also feature live cultural performances, a health and wellness workshop and a movie night! The conference will culminate with a robust group discussion on collectively moving intentionally towards a Black economic solidarity network. This is a space for those that identify as Black, Black African, Pan African. We are excited to build with you all. Free the Land!
